特异性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies  directed

against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and

irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice^1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study

the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology³.

保存和运输：4度保存和运输，保质期为6个月 ，无菌保存不含防腐剂，分装保存-20度至少可以保存一年以上，但请避免反复冻融

使用方法: 按动物体重注射抗体，用 量为2 µg抗体/g动物体重，可以参见上图。如果4 µg抗体/g动物体重，可以持续更长时间。注射后60分钟内可以去除血小板95%以上，建议每次注射100-200µL抗体（用无菌PBS稀释）。详情联系靶点科技技术支持。可以联合清除巨噬细胞（LIPOSOMA，CP-005-005）和中性粒细胞，咨询综合解决方案。
